CANCELLATIONS: Costs incurred for artwork, plates/screens, composition and all work completed prior to cancellation will be billed at current rates.

COLOR MATCH WARNING: Printing on plastic generates different ink color results than printing on paper. Some color variation can be expected due to heat lamination, bleed film and plastic color. Printing on colored plastic will alter the color of the ink. To request a color match (PMS or custom) on color vinyl will result in additional color match charges (contact factory for details). PMS color matching on colored plastic is not guaranteed. See 'INK COLORS' for additional color match information.

COPY CHANGES: Contact factory with specifications. Minimum quantities per copy change vary with size and complexity of order.

CUSTOM FABRICATION: Jobs requiring custom dies, tooling and fabrication must be accompanied by detailed, scaled drawing.

DROP SHIPMENTS: No additional charges if customer supplies detailed instructions, shipping labels and packing lists.

GANG RUN: Contact factory with specifications. All gang run quotations are provisional pending receipt and review of actual art work and specifications.

INFRINGEMENT: When orders are manufactured to customer's specifications, the customer shall hold seller harmless from liability for patent or copyright infringement, property rights violations, claims of libel, scandal or obscenity, invasion of privacy or other personal rights violations.

INK CHANGES: Contact factory with specifications. Minimum quantities per ink changes vary with size and complexity of order.

INK COLORS: Standard ink colors include Black, White, Reflex Blue, 186 Red, 469 Brown, 348 Green, 165 Orange, 202 Burgundy and Yellow C. All other PMS colors and custom color matches are available (additional charges will apply). For PMS color matches on white stock, expect a color variation of +/- 1/2 PMS color due to various production processes. PMS color matching is not guaranteed on colored stock. See 'COLOR MATCH WARNING' for additional information.

LIABILITY: Sellers's liability is limited to replacement or refund of products not manufactured to customer's specifications as approved. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for special or consequential damages.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE: We reserve the right to accept or reject any job. Pricing and delivery quoted are subject to receipt and clarification of final artwork and specifications.

ORVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: Orders are subject to 10% overrun or underrun with invoice adjusted accordingly. An underrun of 10% will be considered as completion of your order. If exact quantity is required, add 10% to published price.

PACKAGING: Standard packaging is bulk. Call with specifications for custom packaging.

PLASTIC STOCK COLORS: Standard colors include White, Orange, Red, Green, Cranberry, Light Blue, Hospital Blue, Navy Blue, Yellow, Tan, Light Gray, Dark Gray, Black, Silver, Gold and Clear. Special order colors include Brown, Pink and Copper. Colored and Metallic stock colors cost slightly more than White: contact factory for details. Color shades of raw materials may vary slightly from shipment to shipment; therefore we cannot guarantee exact shade match on repeat orders.

PRODUCTION TIME: Production time will vary for plastic card and magnet printing. Services such as affixing, barcoding, numbering, hotstamping, etc. will add to total production time. Production time does not start until all artwork/proofs and specifications are received, clarified and approved in writing. We will not assume any responsibility for delays in transportation or any other causes beyond our control. If an order is required for a special event, the date and means of delivery must be specified at the time of order.

PROOFS: One paper or fax proof will be provided at no additional charge. Additional paper/fax proofs, Chromalins, Color Keys, etc. are available, and will be billed at current rates.
If you supply production ready artwork (camera ready artwork, negatives, positives etc.), it will be assumed that your artwork has been approved. Unless you request a proof in writing, your job will be entered into production 'as is' without a proof.

RETURNS: All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. No returns accepted without authorization from factory. Restocking charges may apply to certain blank card orders.

SAMPLES: Random samples supplied at no charge. For spec samples or press proofs, contact factory for quote.

SHIPPING: All orders are F.O.B. shipping point and will be sent UPS Ground. Shipment by other means is available at customer's request and expense.
